0850z ENE F3-4 12km -HZ SKC 17.3/10.3 1025.1
RMK: Top of haze around or slightly higher than 1000ft amsl.
Non-persistent contrails, none longer than the width of three
fingers at arm's length. Lanes and fields now largely dry; the
most persistent area of standing water is still there, though
shrinking rapidly.
