Default London Weather - Cricket More Powerful than Football?

The weather is traditionally poor for the Lord's Test, whereas for the
Cup Final at Wembley it usually seems to be warm and sunny. Today the
two events coincided, and cricket clearly won, with the weather being
cool and heavily overcast.
