Any cumulus build up this morning melted away to leave a sunny afternoon.
More sunshine than yesterday but despite this the temperature still only managed a cool feeling 16.5C today. Mean mins & maxes still well above the average though the last few cooler nights have lowered the mean min somewhat. 1st - 20th Mean Min: 10.1°C Mean Max: 20.0°C Average: 15.1°C Rain: 33.0 mm Sun: 140 hours Wind direction so far has been dominated by NE & E, amounting to 12.0 days in total (more than all the other directions put together). Compare this with winds blowing from the W & SW only having 0.8 days. ________________ Nick. Otter Valley, Devon 83 m amsl http://www.ottervalley.co.uk |
