Default Spring rainfall total

Although we have enjoyed a dry last few days of spring 2008 in
Coventry, it looks as if it has become the wettest spring season in
our region since 1983 - with records dating back to 1895, only
thirteen springs have been wetter than 2008 in this 113 year data
series.
