Default Wet in Blackheath

Not that very much is showing in the rain gauge or on the radar for that
matter, but we have had persistent soaking drizzle here for a couple of
hours now and it is no fun at all. Though it would be even less fun if
it were the deluge those poor souls in Oxford etc are getting, of
course....

The chap on LBC (not Philip, can't remember who it was this time) said
at around 4.30 that the rain we had had overnight had changed direction
and was creeping eastwards again. Is that right?

The rain from the East that was forecast to make us very wet from dawn
this morning, stalled over central Scotland and is now moving slowly
towards the East.
