FWIW, I note that when the 'final' summaries that I see are issued, these values are suppressed. For my own records, I always note the 'Central London' figure as such, but with some sort of annotation such as 'roof-top' or 'non-standard exposure', and then note the next lowest figure that meets more sensible exposure criteria.
