I'm in the US Virgin Islands and for the last two days I haven't been
able to open up the weather underground (Wunderground) website. Is

Yes. It's displaying a blank page.

Also, no connection for me (and I subscribe to them). Just today
(7-16) so far.

I was able to get in using http://english.wunderground.com/ but I
wonder if they changed URLs and forgot (or are in the process of) to
upgrade.

I cant view my data either, it stopped around 2100hrs last night. My
webcam image has just re-appeared a short time ago, so hopefully the
data may follow. There are some other people with the same problem,
something to do with DNS and caches, but I didnt undertsand how to fix
it. May be a case of waiting until our/your server catrches up again ?

No there isnt cos one can't get to that link to see the update of the
