Yeah right, Global Warming is nothing but a Tax Raising Scheme combined with the denial of accepting 'Peak Oil' which has been discussed for years . For the future, the govt will allow you to pollute provided you can afford the cost of doing so .Hardly 'Old Labour' but deff ' Nu Labour' policies .
