Minimum of 16.8C in Penzance last night, warmest night of 2008

19C at the sea front heliport at 08:50, despite the fact the sun
didn't really come out until 08:30. Cloud has now largely moved away
to the north.

Stiff SE breeze, really quite windy (Force 4 - 5) in the early hours,
with gusts 30mph at Culdrose.

Minimum of 16.6°C here. This makes it the warmest night since September 6th
2006 (17.7°C).

Sunny and breezy this morning, max gust so far is 19 mph so not too windy
yet but it'll probably pick later today as it gets warmer (aided by a sea
breeze).

So far this summer has been warmer than last year (June 1st - July 23rd):
