RMK: Shallow fog began forming over the fields soon after
sunset, around 1900z, on Sat; vis down to 300m by 2030 and
to 150m by 2200 but with stars still vis; had closed in to 50m
when I turned in at 0100. Spots of rain and mist below a rather
chaotic medium-level sky when I got up at 0730z, but thick fog
rolled in from the NW with mod rain at 0830z.
