RMK: Rain is very slight.

0900z WSW F3 2000 +RA 6St005 8Ns012 13.6/11.3 998
RMK: Spits of rain on and off since 0600z. Suddenly became
heavy around 0845z with max rate 39 mm/hr according to the
Davis VP.

Min (0900-0900z): 12.4 at 0520z
Grass min (1800-0900z): 10.3
Rain (0900-0900z): 3.1 mm
