Default [WR] East Cambs - Heavy rain

Fairly violent shower passed through 2120-2150 roughly. Interesting
that the heavy rain (max rate 185mm/hr) wasn't just transient but
persisted for maybe 20 mins, though obviously not at max rate,
dropping around 20mm in total. Radar suggests that there may be more
to follow in an hour or so.
