Watching today's radar (via weatheronlines £20 a year service which i
love) I could see for some time that there were some heavy and slow moving showers cropping up (with thunder) in the Birmingham-Cardiff-London-Isle of Wight chunk of the UK and I wondered why there were no colours appearing on the MO maps. Now they are there. Bearing in mind the recent floods and lack of reds on the maps (Take Action by definition) I wonder what folks think of this new Weather Warning system. oh and part from the newspapers, is any of Joe Public looking?
