Car-free day in Brussels in the sun
Brussels on Sunday 21st September
Another splendid and generally sunny day. Patches of medium-level and high cloud in the morning, scattered small Cu in the second half of the afternoon, and extensive high cloud towards evening. Light NE to ENE wind. (Almost) car-free day in Brussels.
