Brussels on Saturday 4th October

Quite sunny in the morning but there was a veil of high cloud before
midday. Cloud thickened gradually during the afternoon but it stayed
bright much of the time with the sun still visible through As. Still
cold – moderate WSW wind backed to SSW later in the day.
