I was dozing in bed this morning at about 0430, half listening to radio 5
Live when I suddenly became aware that John Hammond was talking about the weather.He was commenting on the unseasonally high temperatures in western Russia and mentioned that Moscow had one of its warmest December days on record yesterday with a max ( I think) of 9.3c. He suggested that the unusually mild weather was likely to continue for a few more days. I seem to remember that Moscow had record breaking high temperatures in January or February last winter. I think your wrong , cold upto new year,as long as its warm in siberia and
