But you are miles away from Yorkshire, so not surprising. I might as well
say I am almost twice as high up as you and I have had no snow lying, but
that would also be pointless as I am even further away! You just have to be
patient, it'll come, no doubt about that!

I'm at the same height and still have patches of snow.
It would hardly count as a day with snow cover but to have
*any* still around after a week is unusual these days,
especially in early December.
