After a blustery, wet night the temperature has dropped from 10.8°C at 01:55 to
4.5°C at 13:37. The maximum gust was 46mph at 04:11. 12.0mm of rain since 00:00. The outlook doesn't look good although no warnings yet posted. Whilst I was eating my lunch today, (game pie, peas and chips, Anne), the total rainfall for the year hit 2022.2mm beating the previous highest of 2022.0mm recorded in 2006. -- Alan White Twenty-eight miles NW of Glasgow, overlooking Lochs Long and Goil in Argyll, Scotland.
