I am really not looking forward to what seems like days and days of cold
winds coupled with grey anticyclonic gloom, someone please tell me that at
least it might be sunny as well as bitterly cold, i could just about handle
that at a push.
Otherwise it looks like a quick EasyJet cheapie to somewhere not so
depressing...................................

Robbie

Merry do dahs to you all from the West of Sussex.

I was wondering about this. There's bound to be days of drier, clearer air;
the 26th looks promising for example in the south but otherwise I think your
summary looks good with extensive areas of StSc. Spain looks sunny.

Jon.

Hi Robbie, Christmas day could well be very pleasant with some sunshine in
England and Wales and temperatures just a couple of degrees below normal, so
not really cold. However, the closer you are to the south coast the more
windy it is likely to be and it will feel cold in the wind as it will have a
bite to it. But overall it will be dry, so really not too bad.

After Christmas it does look like getting colder and more cloudy with
possibly some snow, so maybe a trip to the Canaries for you?

Anyway, have a really nice Christmas whatever the weather!

Cheers,

Will

Just go to the pub, that always cheers me up, either that or a trip to
Manchester with the knowledge that I don't live there always lifts the
gloom.

Its why I'm snoookered too! I'm certainly not forkin out 1 ukp to get 90
euros in return and probably even less in the new year thats for sure.
Mind you with the expected intense cold they can#t wait for on tghis
