DaveR I must confess that I do like cold, snowy weather myself. But I don't think that those with different tastes in weather are thereby bad people. Can't you accept the same about the snow enthusiasts? You seem to have a serious problem with anyone that lives in the South West. I was born in Teignmouth, my father was born in Teignmouth, and so was his father, we have all lived and worked in the Teignmouth area all our lives to support the local economy. I chose not to move away to London or any of the other big cities because I appreciate the natural beauty and quieter way off life, which is shared by some of the others from the South West that post on this forum. Living in the South West does have its downside, with lower wages, higher house prices and cost of living, so I make no apology for living in the South West, that was my choice. You need to get a life and loose that chip on your shoulder. |
