Although we have had seven days without any sunshine this month, it
looks as if December 2008 will become the sunniest December in Coventry since 2001, with 46% more sunshine than the 30-year city average. With 1557.2 hours of sunshine during 2008, we have enjoyed 6% more sunshine than normal, though this is still the lowest annual sunshine total in the city since 2005.
