Default (OT) Hurricane and New TS

The Tropical storm thats been hanging about for the last week has now
intensified and become a Hurricane. Going by the track it could
intensify much more before it hits land. Fabian is one to watch!!

It has been a much more active season than last year and there is now
Tropical Storm 11 developing:
