Pity that the Sunday Telegraph kept up its record of seemingly screwing something up in the weather section every week, which must be really annoying for Philip. This time they for once managed to get all the Celsius/Fahrenheit conversions correct, but the reports from cities around the world for the previous day were in many cases pure fantasy. For example, London had 10C and rain, Birmingham had 11C, and the figures for Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris looked almost as implausible. I'd guess that they'd somehow managed to reuse the data from several weeks ago. -- John Hall "It is a very sad thing that nowadays there is so little useless information." Oscar Wilde (1854-1900) |

Philip Noting that in yesterdays sports section, Andy Murray was repeatedly called a 'Pom', I'd say that level of ignorance suggests said newspaper is not worthy of your input Philip. Jim |
