Interesting old day.

Quite nice this morning, good sunny spells, very good visibilty,
temperature peaked at 6.9C around 12:45

Then a trough brought an hours precipitation. Initially rain/hail/
sleet, but around 13:30 there were 10 minutes of heavy wet snow. Large
flakes, didn't settle, apart from on cold surfaces long the top of the
conservatory.

Temperature dropped from 6.9C to 2.0C during the snow.
