Default Surrey: still good snowcover by Saturday?

I'm not too far from Surrey so would be good to see the heavy snow
cover, but am unlikely to be able to get up there before Saturday. I
know there's a chance of further snow Thursday, but say it doesn't
happen, is there likely to still be good cover at the weekend? I'm
guessing yes, even though Wed/Thur are supposed to be less cold,
they'll still be colder than average so any melting will have
relatively minimal effect given how thick it's supposed to be....
