Default Misleading Severe Weather Warning headline

One of the Flash warnings issued this morning has the following headline on the
RSS feed:

------------------------------

FLASH Warning of Heavy Snow for London & South East England

------------------------------

It's only when you download the actual warning that you find it refers only to
Hampshire and West Sussex and not to London at all. Is it any wonder that the
media sometimes get the wrong message when when such misleading headlines are
tossed out.

A while ago, I mentioned here that several appeared for heavy snow but, when
I opened them, they were all for icy roads. I don't know how this error can
happen.
