Default [WR] South Oxon

We had 11cm of level snow measured in several spots this morning
(7.30am) near Didcot. Slightly less near Benson, I estimate 7cm. Started
raining moderately about 15mins ago which is now more like sleet. Many
schools shut in Oxfordshire today. A-roads slushy but I had no travel
problems.
