Default Confusing warnings again!

Unless I am reading it wrong there is an Early Warning for various Regions
issued at 11.41 a.m Thursday for 2-10cm and 5-20cm snow in some places. Then
7 minutes later there is an advisory issued for the same Regions of 2-5 cm
with 5-10cm on high ground. What happened in those 7 minutes?
Dave

I can see what they're getting at in that the second warning is
an Advisory as opposed to an Early Warning but the fact that they're
only 7 minutes apart rather gives the game away. Maybe Global Warming
is happening faster than we realise.

I could be wrong but when you 'drill' into them are they not for different
areas within the parent region, so to speak ?!
