RMK: Ppn began as sleet at 0030 but rapidly turned to snow.
10cm fresh snow this morning, bringing aggregate depth to
19cm. Like yesterday it has a high water content and is very
sticky and heavy. B4540 through village has no traffic,
suggesting Bison Hill is probably closed.
