After spells of moderate rain since 09:00, we've just (at 16:15) had a
violent squall lasting 3 minutes or so. Torrential rain, hail and wind gusting 40mph. The squall line shows up rather well on www.raintoday.co.uk/ Nice to see it's sunny on Scilly. It always is on http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/...t_weather.html , irrespective of what you'd expect. Graham Penzance |
