(0820Z): PPN slowly easing to a stop: very slight now (RASN) - no impact on roads - very shallow/slushy & patchy covering on grass and roofs. OAT 0.9°C. Cars passing that have come from obviously higher elevations have significant snow on roofs - we're probably too low for anything significant in this situation.
