Default Dry air in central France

My Davis VP-pro in France (located roughly midway between
the cities of Limoges, Angoulême and Périgueux) has been registering
some very low RHs recently ... 23% on Wed, 18% on Thu and 19%
on Fri, courtesy of a polar air-mass which has loitered long over
the continent and possibly also anticyclonic subsidence.
