Default Penzance 20th/21st

20th Virtually unbroken sunshine. Wind very variable (see breezes) as
a result the temperature did fluctuate, with a max of 17.4C. Some
inland cumulus, particularly 14:00-17:00 associated with the
convergence of these breezes.

21st. Min of 4.7C, some patchy cloud this morning, but very little now
(13:15) just a few small cumulus. The forecast was for cloudy
conditions along the north coast, but in fact the coast has been
sunny, ( www.nci-stives.org/basiccamera.htm ) as it has out in the
Atlantic on Scilly ( http://www.tregarthens-hotel.co.uk/w...town-beach.php
) the cloud (mainly Sc) being just inland over the hills.
Temperature now around 16C and rising, with the wind still off shore.

MetO forecast just updated, and they still think it's cloudy along
west & north Cornish coasts.

No it's not:-

www.minack.com/min02_7ref30.htm

It's an absolutely cracking day ! (I think it maybe time they looked
away from the computer & out the window) Just a very little cloud
inland.

Can't even find any sign of a patch of sea mist. Visibility 10,000m
everywhere.

Cloud's finally arriving on the north coast (16:15). Better late than
never . . On second thoughts, maybe not.

Maximum 16.4C today, a degee down on yesterday.
