I may possibly have misread the Obsy max by +1.0

Hi, Philip,
Happens here in sunny, still conditions. The higher level site seems
to heat up more.
Yesterday under cloudier and windy conditions Max at the higher site
was 0.9C lower but the day before under light winds and sun it was
0.6C higher.
