28/0520Z Apr 09: CALM 50KM MIFG 1SC045 5CI220 2.2/1.9 Q0999 Tgr -3.6.

Remarks: Excellent VIS above very thin and shallow fog patches. Slight
to moderate hoar frost on grass. Min
0.6 C with grass min -5.0 C.
