April 2009 in Lundie, Angus, in the Sidlaws, 10 miles NW of Dundee,
elev. 185m./H1 Warmer than average, but nowhere near as warm as 2007. It was a completely frost-free April - the first time I've observed this. Average maxima = 12.7 (+0.8) Average minima = 4.4 (+0.4) Mean = 8.6 (+0.6) Highest maximum = 18.8 (20th) Lowest maximum = 8.5 (27th) Lowest minimum = 0.3 (13th) Total rainfall = 36.8 mm (77%, with 6.6 on the 26th) All readings (except grass minimum) from a slightly less new shiny Davis Vantage Pro 2 (but the little plastic grid that covers the rain gauge disappeared within a fortnight).
