RMK: Rain/drizzle has been continuous since before dawn, often
moderate intensity. It's been much wetter than the radar imagery
suggests. In fog for a time between 0600 and 0700z.
09-09z: Tx 12.8 (1545z) Tn 9.2 (0235z) Tg 8.1 RR 11.7
