RMK: Some very beefy showers in the area this afternoon but we have
missed the worst of them. I was in the opticians in Buxton this afternoon
during a particularly heavy downpour. Suddenly water started pouring
through the ceiling in half a dozen places. It looked likely to end up as
a fair-sized insurance claim.
