Reached 20.4C, after an overnight min of 13.3C, making it the warmest
day so far this year. Wind just onshore, but originating off the
Lizard rather than the open sea. Should be noticeably warmer tomorow
as the wind backs slightly & comes down the spine of Cornwall.

Reached 20.4C, after an overnight min of 13.3C, making it the warmest
day so far this year.

Not quite the warmest day of the year here, but very nearly.

Despite David B saying that today was going to be cooler than yesterday, it
actually ended up slightly warmer with a max of 23.7°C. The easterly wind
dropped substantially during the afternoon and the temperature climbed in
the calmer conditions before the wind changed direction (sea breeze?) to SE
which brought the temperature down a couple of degrees (sea influence).

A lovely, calm evening. I suspect it might be cooler than of late tonight as
there will be less wind and quite low DPs.
