Wondered why my AWS rain guage had been giving stupid rate readings and
didn't see any of the moderate rain the other day: http://www.howhill.com/weather/view....2009&m=06&d=07 The web was holding the buckets almost horizontal so a bit of vibration would generate a stream of pulses and thuse silly high rain rate. -- Cheers Dave. |
