At Scoulton, the hail was still piled up on the verges - a full 15 hours after the weather cleared. In the hollows where the water had taken it, it was in heaps at least two feet deep. Several back roads were still closed because they were under deep hail cover. Very isolated though - probably affecting little more than 2km along the main road there. -- Chris Swaffham, Norfolk |
