Look East weather forcaster said there might be a chance of Noctilucent
cloud tonight. To see what he said go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/lookeast/latest...es/index.shtml (before the 18/6/09 program is wiped) and select Look East - East and go to about 23 mins. --- zaax Frustration casues accidents: allow faster traffic to overtake. |

I can see a small area, 340-350 deg, el 2.5 deg, at 2235z tonight (18th) in
Wokingham. Nothing like as good as last night's display, one of the best that I have seen for many years. -- Bernard Burton Wokingham, Berkshire, UK. There is NLC here at Wallsend (55N 0130W) ongoing now @ midnight BST. Not as bright or extensive as last night but webcam is picking it up. Les |

Pah, can't tell where the horizon is let alone see any NLC, it's just black. A hole opened up in the clouds just as I was going to bed, revealing a small bit of rather nice NLC. Unfortunately it was too late to stay up taking photos. Pah, indeed. ally |
