After a predominantly cloudy but dry morning with only brief sunny spells
the cloud is finally breaking up allowing the sun to shine for decent lengths. Temperature rising swiftly now after an overnight minimum of 10.7°C. The humidity also seems to be rising reflected in the higher DPs as the morning progressed. All-in-all feeling warmer than yesterday. Still that annoying breeze though. (12:05), 20.1°C, RH 66%, DP 12.5°C, 1026 hPa (S), Wind 10 mph WNW. ________________ Nick. Otter Valley, Devon 83 m amsl http://www.ottervalley.co.uk |

Otter Valley, Devon 83 m amslhttp://www.ottervalley.co.uk Reasonable amount of sunshine here today, and a beautiful evening. www.nci-stives.org/basiccamera.htm now the breeze has died right back (Force 2 - 3) There was a rather cloudy period noon to 14:00, when the wind also picked up. I'm hoping that warm front tomorrow has a very limited affect on the south coast, except to make it a good deal warmer. Graham Penzance Loads of basking sharks around for some time now. www.marinediscovery.co.uk/sightings.html. They've been around since March, and spotted regularly throughout May. In hot spells they come in close to the beaches (as around 31/5-3/6) & get the media all worked up. |
