Default Saturdays thunderstorm

I guess my 9.6mm of rain which fell during Saturdays early evening
thunderstorm over London was dwarfed by several others judging by some of
the TV pictures.could we have some figures from you local guys that were
affected please ?.
Woodford Green is northeast of London by the by.
Oh yes ,hot sunshine this morning was replaced by 8/8ths stratus ,or lifted
sea fog at 0845 ,it's thinning now but still general overcast
