The end of the working week and the weekend will see a transition from hot,
humid and possibly thundery conditions to cooler, fresher westerlies as a
trough moves eastwards.

The European model brings a col and light winds for all. WSW'lies affect the
UK on day 6, with a trough to the north and there's little change on day 7,
with further WSW'lies.

As with ECM, the UK lies under a col. Day 6 sees the col persist.

A col covers England and Wales, with cooler southerlies elsewhere from a
trough to the west. On day 6 westerlies affect all areas as the trough moves
swiftly eastwards. NW'lies affect the UK on day 7 as a ridge builds to the
west.
