A thunder 'storm' deposited all of 1.0 mm of rain in the gauge during the
early hours. I gather they had a bit more further to the north and east in places like Honiton. Everything bone-dry again by 8 am. The overnight low was 16.1°C. A sunny day and feeling humid but the temperatures are lower here when compared to other places away from the South West. A brief max of 24.8°C during the late morning before the sea breeze arrived and kept the temperature pegged back at 22°C for the rest of the morning and afternoon. Feeling a little fresher now than earlier on, just patchy altocumulus and cirrus in an otherwise blue sky. (18:40), 21.1°C, RH 53%, DP 13.7°C, 1018 hPa (R), Wind 6 mph SSE. ________________ Nick.
