Default [WR] Devon Rain

Light to moderate rain since about 1300Z, heavy between 1420Z and 1425Z with
quite low light levels. Eased off again now (1435Z).

Imagery indicates quickly developing surface based convection to the east
over towards Bristol/Lyneham.

Jon. (tropical east Devon)
