Default AWS at the Oval ?

I keep seeing a weather station mounted on a tripod at the edge of the
ground at the Oval, I don't think it's a Davis one, but wondered if
anyone knew what one it was?

Not up here it hasn't. Blowing a F6 SW'ly with rain, 1/2" and inch
between 1230 and 1500 but it has never really stopped.
