Default [WR] Whistlefield: A Record Wet.

This is now the wettest August since moving here in 08.02 with 245.2 mm.

Figures for previous years:-

2003 96.4
2004 238.8
2005 185.9
2006 76.8
2007 144.4
2008 162.2

Avge. 164.2 (includes 2009)

Total so far today and for the year, 23.0 and 1273.4 mm.

Still raining.

Wow!
Just 13.2mm so far for August over here in the rain shadow.
Back to normal after last month's 270mm record deluge.
Much prefer the "dry"

Wetter than Haytor, here are my August figures.
(Long term average is 110mm)

2003 28.1
2004 198.4
2005 29.6
2006 61.5
2007 115.5
2008 190.7

So only 2008 was wetter down here in the upland southwest.
