Brussels on Monday 28th September

Early low cloud cleared to hazy sunshine around 09.00 local time. Still
hazy with sunshine filtered through a tenuous veil of high cloud until early
afternoon. Sc rolled in soon after 14.00 and it then stayed cloudy for the
rest of the day. Light wind veered gradually from SSW in the early morning
to W to NW in the evening.
